About Amabelle

Kenyan-born, Nigerian-Canadian, globally at home.

Over the past 16 years, I’ve worked across strategy, leadership, institutional strengthening and human development, across countries, cultures and contexts on four continents, much of it within the wider field of social and sustainable development.

My work has taken me through public, private and civil society spaces, helping people and institutions clarify what matters, strengthen what works and build the conditions for better outcomes.

And through all the scale, strategy and systems, one of the things that still gives me the greatest joy is watching people recognise what they are capable of, and take steps towards it.

A significant thread through my work has been expanding agency, opportunity and leadership, particularly for young people and women, and advancing inclusive social development.
